Yoga with Alyson Butler, a former Alabama basketball powerhouse now a Yoga instructor and medical professional. Experience the Sportswomen version of wellness and intentionality. We will have refreshments. However, you are welcome to BYOB for our social hour. Yoga from 11am - 12pm Social hour from 12pm - 1pm.
